How to Write Better E-mails

I was going to add a few articles on the site about how to apply Infogineering principles to e-mail messages. Most people are fine with the technical aspects of sending an e-mail, but they are not always at good at writing them.

Instead of writing a few articles, I've created a dedicated mini-site on the subject. This is an eight-section course, that will take you no more than ten minutes to read.

There's nothing too complex in there, and you could argue that most of it is common sense. However, judging by some of the e-mails I get, I know that this type of common sense doesn't seem to be that common! So, it may be worthwhile spreading some good practice around.
